Rougié's confit duck legs are made from Mulard duck. They weigh about 190g each. The legs are confit with duck fat and only need 15 minutes in the oven to be ready! In addition, you can use the fat that has escaped during cooking to brown potatoes, mushrooms or other vegetables. Duck fat is as healthy as olive oil and gives an inimitable taste to food.
