CHARACTERISTICS
- Its dimensions (43 x 33 x 13 cm) are as large as possible while still being able to fit into a conventional
- Oven (at least 43,5 cm), thanks to its flush grips. Note that these riveted grips are very long to enable easy access without burning your hands.
- Made with a very thick three-layer (stainless steel-aluminium-stainless steel) material, the dish can also be used on induction hobs.
