Composition: Blend of great Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia and superior Robusta beans from South Asia (India). Medium roast used.
This blend is very tasty, we have both the characteristics of Arabica, that is to say its very floral aroma, its sweetness and roundness and those of Indian Robusta, that is to say its power, its slight bitterness and its stimulating effect. The taste of the ESPRESSO ITALIANO blend is quite complex with notes of chocolate, roasted almonds and hazelnuts. It is definitely a very Italian taste.
We recommend this blend for a good tasting and stimulating espresso. It contains a little more caffeine (2.2%) than the other blends of the house Caffé del Faro. Its crema is persistent and adheres well to the sides of your cup. Its stimulating effect makes it ideal for your coffee breaks during the day.
