Truffle-flavored oil is the result of the encounter between two 100% natural products: extra virgin olive oil and natural Italian truffle flavor. This seasoning, with its unique, perfectly balanced aromas, will bring the incomparable fragrance of truffles to all your dishes!
The flavouring technique is different for truffle oil, as it is impossible to process fresh truffles and olives in the mill. The natural truffle aroma is therefore added to extra virgin olive oil to obtain this condiment.
IN THE KITCHEN
Ideal with pasta and mushroom risotto, meat tartare, scrambled eggs, pizzas and fresh or mature cheeses. You can also use it to make a truffle mayonnaise for home fries!
