Use
- Each time you use it, coat your mold with butter or a special baking release spray that contains flour (do not use margarine or other food sprays).
- Pour the dough ¾ of the way into the mold and tap it lightly on the work surface to release the air bubbles (for molds with small, complex details, let it rest for 10 minutes before putting it in the oven so that the dough has time to properly adhere to all the walls of the mold)
- Preheat your oven well for best results.
- When you take it out of the oven, wait 10 minutes before unmolding your cake.
- Wash your mold with hot, soapy water. It is not dishwasher safe (risk of damaging the coating).
- Do not use metal utensils or abrasive sponges to avoid damaging the non-stick surface; use the small brush for precise cleaning.
