The high-quality TruClad triple-layer material, which extends from the bottom to the rim of the pan, ensures that the heat is distributed quickly and evenly over the entire surface of the pan. The interior is 18/10 Stainless Steel, the center is pure aluminum and the exterior is a magnetic chrome steel to ensure exceptional performance on all cooking surfaces, including induction.
