A diamond sharpening steel is ideal for dull or medium-sharp knives. The special shape of the diamond grain ensures exceptional sharpening of the blade. The result: a smooth, sharp edge. Diamond sharpening steels are available in fine and normal grits. Because they only remove a small amount of metal, we recommend using a WÜSTHOF sharpening steel for daily or weekly sharpening.
