Contains over 80% in vegetable oils such as LA BELLE EXCUSE Olive Oil and Oat Oil which offer exceptional properties. Gently soothes dry chapped skin, irritations and redness caused by harsh winds and cold weather. This formula, free of essential and nut oils, is ideal for sensitive or problem skin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply to cheeks, lips, forehead and nose as often as needed.
To avoid damaging the product, pull cap to open the tube and slowly turn the mechanism to release only the amount of balm needed.
