Description
Which cheese knife should I use for soft cheeses? If you're looking to create beautiful slices of cheese that will surprise your guests, we recommend the Laguiole XXL cheese knife.
This XXL cheese knife features spikes at the end of the blade for easy cheese serving. It also features holes in the blade to prevent the material from sticking. This is particularly useful for runny cheeses such as Camembert!
In terms of aesthetics, the famous holes we mentioned earlier form the word “cheese” on the blade, which is both playful and original. The cheese knife has a wooden handle, available in olive wood or exotic wood. You can easily match it with the other accessories in the Berlingot Fromage range, especially the cheese fork!
French-made and above all artisanal, this knife was designed in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.
