Finally a quality and local cocktail condiment, a classic revisited by local artisans! Perfect for cocktails, mocktails (alcohol-free). The Amaretto used in the product is alcohol-free so maraschino cranberries are also suitable for pregnant women and children.
Recipe developed in collaboration with Patrice Plante from Monsieur Cocktail.
Together we have developed this capricious product to manufacture which requires know-how inspired by the classic Italian recipe.
Maraschino cranberries can also be used to decorate black forest style cakes and as a sundae topping. Excellent condiment to accompany cheese and cold meats platters.
Ingredients:
cranberries, sugar, Avril Québec amaretto (water, sugar, maple syrup, molasses, natural flavor). Alcohol-free, sulphite-free, gluten-free.
