The Dark Gianduja filling is a smooth and creamy blend of Callebaut dark chocolate and pure hazelnut paste. The cream is blended, conched and tempered by our master concher to create a pleasantly balanced taste and a smooth, homogenous texture with an exceptional mouth feel.
Gianduja Noir filling is a semi-solid cream that can easily be cut into delicious confectionery bites or coated with chocolate.
After softening, it can even be used to fill molded chocolate shells, candies or chocolate bars with a piping bag. Once melted, it provides a perfect base for flavoring ice creams and pastry fillings such as mousses, bavarois or creams. Gianduja filling also works wonders in the flavouring of desserts such as sabayons or moelleux.
