The Hispaniola beans from Santo Domingo reflect the lush landscapes of the Greater Antilles archipelago. Exotic and fruity, Santo Domingo chocolate has a round bitter cocoa taste with an exceptional length in the mouth, complemented by aromatic notes of spices, wine and olives.
Usage: Molding, coating, tablet, ganache, pastry, sauce, mousse...
