A unique blend of Criollo and Forastero beans, this Tanzanian Origin dark couverture chocolate characterizes the "new" exceptional cocoa beans from Africa. It is distinguished by a tangy taste and intense bitterness, by a spicy peppery aroma, with notes of citrus, and even olive.
Use: Molding, coating, tablet, ganache, pastry, sauce, mousse...
