Cocoa butter in pistoles, 100% cocoa butter. Extracted from dried and crushed beans, cocoa butter is an ingredient in chocolate. This cocoa butter protects from moisture and allows confectionery to harden.
The cocoa butter in pistoles, also makes it possible to thin the chocolate covering for a use and an application using a gun or an airbrush. Easy to use, the pistoles are small pallets of around 2gr which simplify dosing and facilitate melting.
Cocoa butter is a vegetable fat. Does not affect cholesterol levels. Suitable for vegetarian kitchens. Halal certified and Dairy Kosher certified. Cocoa butter is particularly nourishing because it is rich in fats, but also in flavonoids, hence its antioxidant action which gives it soothing and healing benefits for the skin.
