This beechwood box includes a cheese knife made from top-quality steel. It is sharp, easy to re-sharpen and has two holes on the blade to prevent the dough from sticking when cutting. At the end of the blade, two spikes ensure impeccable service by catching the pieces of cheese.

The handle of this table accessory is available in natural or black mother-of-pearl, as well as olive wood.

  • 0.15 chromium for rust resistance
  • 1% molybdenum and vanadium for flexibility and re-sharpening
  • The nacrine handle is dishwasher-safe. The nails that hold it in place are made of stainless steel.
