Pure cane sugar
Made from the stalks of sugar cane, cane sugar is an essential ingredient in cooking. Reputed to be healthier, cane sugar can be used in a multitude of ways. Very complete, cane sugar is rich in many nutrients essential to the body's proper functioning.
Cooking in a cauldron
Les Comtes de Provence have opted for cauldron cooking. A traditional method used by craftsmen and our grandmothers, the width of the cauldron ensures even heat distribution and avoids overcooking. The result is better concentration of taste and flavor. Cooking in a cauldron is also environmentally friendly, as the temperature rises more quickly, which saves energy.
Rich in fruit
Jams are enriched with fruit (up to 75% for jams and 85% for compotes) and low in sugar. Compotes, on the other hand, are less sweet, cook more gently and are therefore richer in fruit.
