Description
Small in size, but giant in taste. These crunchy dark chocolate pearls are like tiny caviar balls: 2 to 3 mm in diameter, with a superb aroma and taste. The core of each pearl is made of a toasted cookie. It gives the pearl a surprising crunch that persists. Simply irresistible on their own or as a refined decoration on marmalades, glazes and chocolates, or for textured pastries such as panna cotta and crème brûlée, or in ice cream or mousses!
