- Solid handle thanks to its oval shape
- Long, flat edge sweeps bowls and scrapes walls effectively
- Curved inner rim to fit the shape of the bowls
Allows for gentle beating of mixtures while being strong enough for bread dough . Its narrow shape is ideal for emptying small cans , such as those of tomato paste.

Made from maple wood, known for its natural antibacterial properties.
Recommended maintenance
- Wash with warm soapy water
- Dry immediately with a cotton or linen cloth
- Sharpen the edges if necessary, always in the direction of the grain
- Soften with sandpaper
- Polish with our Wood Polish
