Delicious as an infusion, chamomile flowers can also be incorporated into lemonade, hot flavored milk, chamomile syrup to add to a cocktail or on ice cream.
TIP : For an infusion, use 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoons per cup to taste. In a saucepan of boiling water, lower the heat to a minimum and let the chamomile flowers infuse for about 5 to 7 minutes. Filter and enjoy plain or with a little honey and lemon.
