We love cocktails because they're bursting with flavor, not because they come with a fire of alcohol. With that in mind, we've created this alcohol-free base that's no match for the traditional Boreal gin. With notes of lemony juniper berry, spruce, balsam myrtle and rosemary, it's a perfect match for tonic, ginger and lime!

Ingredients : Demineralized water, Glycerin, Citric acid, Extracts and natural flavors, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Dimethyl bicarbonate.
THE TASTE
Cold, the nose shows peppery notes of spruce and juniper berry. In mouth, the citrus sapiné of the juniper dominates, punctuated by a background marrying the spruce to the woody notes of the myrique beaumier. The finish is soft, with a hint of lemon and freshness.
