MIRROR GLACING PREPARATION - A jarred preparation for a shiny chocolate-colored mirror glaze to easily glaze your pastries. It allows you to make a chocolate glaze worthy of a great pastry chef in a few minutes! Ideal for shining your logs, entremets, mousses, bavarois or other pastries.
EASY TO USE - Icing your desserts has never been so easy: pour your 220g preparation into a saucepan, add 400ml of water and bring to a boil for 30 seconds. Turn your preparation regularly until it reaches a temperature of 40°C, then pour over your frozen dessert and it's ready. Drying is instantaneous.
PRACTICAL FORMAT - A 220g jar of ultra fast preparation. And all made in France.

This jar allows you to cover 1 log of 25/30 cm or to glaze +/-6 individual desserts.
Ingredients: Preparation for chocolate mirror icing: dehydrated glucose, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulator: E331iii, thickeners : E407, E410, lean cocoa powder, coloring : E170, E122*, E102*, E129*, E133. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupin and soy. *May have adverse effects on children's activity and attention.
