This knife is part of the G series: high-end tools, very balanced with tapered hollow handles.
A blade made from a single piece of steel, with a unique convex edge for unparalleled performance.
Made from hollow handles which are then filled with sand to achieve the desired weight, the knife offers perfect balance and control. The blade is made of the finest stainless steel called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), designed exclusively for GLOBAL. Steel ice hardened and tempered to Rockwell C56 - C58 degrees which gives the blade a razor sharp edge and lasts longer than any other steel.
Ergonomic and hygienic stainless steel handles with a characteristic dimple pattern, provide a comfortable, non-slip grip.

Warranty
GLOBAL warrants any stainless steel product it sells to be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Chips in knife blades, broken knife tips, food discoloration and rust stains are not covered. Knife splinters and broken knife tips can often be repaired by resharpening them.
