The Orchid vanilla cribbiana is a variety widely used by the Mayas of Guatemala, and disappeared with ancient civilization for over 400 years until vanilla enthusiast Dario Ramirez set up the world's first Mayan Vanilla plantation, from the wild varieties growing on his land. After seven years of patient development, Mayan vanilla is now ready to grace the world's finest tables.
Appearance and organoleptic properties:
Length: 10 to 14 cm, very fat and filled with a high volume of caviar.
Bouquet: very floral, reminiscent of daylilies, with light notes of anise, coffee and a very powerful vanillin note.
