Harvested at the end of June, this first honey of the beekeeping season comes from the flowers of dandelions, cherry trees and cherry trees.
Natural honey, not pasteurized.
Harvested and put in jar by Le petit rucher du Nord.
As for the conservation, there is no expiration date for honey. We advise to eat it in the first 2 years for a maximum of flavors and benefits! On the other hand, all natural honey will eventually crystallize, more or less quickly depending on the floral sources from which it comes. We keep it at room temperature so as not to accelerate the crystallization which will usually occur after several weeks.
