Description
The aroma of oak is stronger than apple and cherry but lighter than walnut and mesquite. Oak wood can be used as is, but it is also interesting to combine it with apple, cherry or walnut. Oak wood blocks go very well with almost any kind of meat.
The logs work with Ooni ovens.
Each 10lb bag allows you to cook dozens of pizzas.
