Also called pink berries, pink pepper is a very fragrant fruit. In cooking, it is used to refresh the dishes it accompanies. It is mainly used in summer salads, fish dishes and cheese.
The pink pepper is not a pepper for the mill, except in small doses in certain mixtures. Its resinous side can indeed clog the mechanism of the mill and damage it.
