As the only manufacturer of planchas to know how to enamel, all our plates are guaranteed for life. The multi-layer enamel finish of the gas griddle makes the plate waterproof and easy to maintain without scratching it. Scrape the griddle with a stainless steel ball and the plate becomes clean.

Which base for my plancha? stainless steel or steel? 

As the world leader in boat stoves, we have the same high standards of finish for our stainless steel and steel planchas. All our bases are designed to resist to bad weather. Marine stainless steel is particularly recommended for the seaside.
