Description

The dehydrated flower pollen goes well with yoghurts, compotes, cereals, fruit salads, soups, vegetables, soy. It is one of the richest foods in vegetable proteins. It is therefore particularly recommended for people who eat little meat.

Pollen is very rich in group B vitamins. It is this group of vitamins that we need the most to fight against fatigue. Pollen is also rich in vitamins A, E and C, iron, calcium, zinc and selenium, polyphenols (natural anti-oxidants) and phytosterols which reduce the absorption of dietary cholesterol.

The proteins and amino acids it contains make it an ideal food supplement for all convalescent people. Pregnant or breastfeeding women can consume it to remedy the slumps and regain energy. Pollen also promotes the growth of children and adolescents.

Dosage and frequency of dry pollen :

The ideal is to follow a pollen cure for 6 weeks at a rate of 1 to 3 tablespoons per day.

You can consume the pollen with :

cereals, compote, fruit, honey or jam, yoghurt, salad, soup....

There is a great synergy between pollen and fruits. If you make a fruit salad in the morning and sprinkle some pollen on it, you will notice faster and stronger effects.
