Highly nutty flavor
Valrhona uses two manufacturing processes for its pralines to offer a wide range of original tastes. To obtain the very fruity pralines found in the “Révélation du Fruit” range, the dried fruit and sugar are poured into the cauldron at the start of the baking process to cook them together. This process, known as “sandblasting”, enhances the taste of the original fruit.
In this way, the powerful, bitter-free taste of the pecan makes it ideal for pairing with vanilla.
