Frozen fruit purees. Without added flavour, colouring or preservatives, the composition of our fruit purees is entirely natural: 90% fruit pulp and 10% sucrose sugar or 100% fruit.

Sorbets, ice creams, fruit mousses, bavarois, charlottes, fruit pastes, pastry and ice cream desserts, coulis, toppings, Italian ice cream, granita, cocktails (can be used in a blender, shaker or directly in the glass)...

Since this puree is hard to find at the moment, we recommend the equivalent Ponthier brand mango puree.
