Chef's Tip
Silpat baking sheets can be used in all types of ovens, refrigerators and freezers: they can be moved immediately from the freezer to the oven without risk of damage. Before lining your sheet for oven use, always place it on a Silpat perforated baking sheet.
Cleaning : possible in the dishwasher, but preferably with a sponge and soapy water to prolong the life of your fabric
Storage : flat or rolled up with the silband (not included)
Do not use sharp objects on the canvas, and do not put it in contact with a direct heat source (flame, grill, barbecue...)
