Description
A syrup inspired by St-Germain liqueur and the floral delicacy of elderberry, our elderflower syrup will enhance your sparkling wine, your white wine or your cocktail based on white alcohol or non-alcoholic spirits, be it vodka , gin or tequila.
In the restaurant industry, elderflower is considered "ketchup", meaning an ingredient that enhances any cocktail and is technically good with anything (from liquid well on). We wouldn't even be afraid to use it in white beer or cider, let alone rose wine or tea!
