Description
This is the syrup we should have released in 1998, when fruity beers and Sour Puss shooters were all the rage! During the lockdown, a certain Jean-Paul told us that he missed the taste of real raspberries. So did we!
Our fresh raspberries are first frozen to help concentrate the juices. Then our local partner Impress mashes them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar and then filtered. We keep some of the pulp in the syrup so it tastes just like Grandma's jam. And just like said jam, our syrup is free of flavoring and preservatives.

TASTE
The initial acidic roundness of raspberry coulis turns into jammy notes. The finish is like biting into the astringent fresh raspberries.
