Description
The most popular of our citrus syrups, our lime syrup is made with the greatest care during bottling. We first heat the water and sugar and add the cold pressed lime juice at the last moment. Once pasteurized and bottled, the bottles made in small batches end their journey in the refrigerator, like all our other syrups, in order to deliver the purest product and as close as possible to cold lime syrup.
You can pour it everywhere, but we advise you to aim for the direct mojito. It’s more efficient and makes floors less sticky.

How to use it?
- Blonde and white beers;
- White, red and pink sangrias;
- Perfect as a kir or a kir roya;
- In iced tea or with your cold coffee, with cola, in lemonade or to spice up kombucha;
- In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt and fruit salad, as well as as a vinaigrette or marinade for tartare, ceviche and meat.
