Recommended accompaniments : Much like its pork brother, it is served on rye bread, with mustard and pickles. Shredded, our duck smoked meat makes a great topping on a warm salad, a pizza or even a poutine!
Directions and storage : Heath in the can, in a pot of simmering water for about 10 minutes.
You can also empty the content of the can in a pot and bake at low heat.
Ingredients: Farm-raised whole Mulard duck magret, water, Guérande salt, spices (contain mustard), celery, smoke.
