Description

For lovers of cream puffs, Paris Brest and profiteroles. This course focuses on making a good choux pastry. All the secrets of success will be revealed. Working with a pastry bag and pastry cream will enable you to create choux and éclairs. Icing will also be covered. Two drinks are served during the course.
