Description
Tartufata is the ideal seasoning for pasta, risotto, crostini and bruschette (slices of toasted bread), eggs or to accompany meat and fish dishes. For a sauce, dilute the black truffle cream "Tartufata" in a little fresh cream. For risotto, add the "Tartufata" black truffle cream at the end of cooking.
After opening: keep in the refrigerator covered with a veil of oil.
