Description
Our first tonic, the one that captured the hearts of Quebecers from the moment it was released in 2016, is a story rooted in the Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges region. At the heart of this product is the juicy, acidic sea buckthorn of Léandre Saindon, a Montrealer who decided to settle in the region to cultivate his own land.
Each year, he selects the best berries for Patrice to blend with Labrador tea, and thus reproduce the memory of his many hikes in Charlevoix, in the Parc des Grands Jardins, where the pure and forested air of Quebec inspires the micro-distillers here in the making of their gins.
