CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE AND EARTHWORMS IN JELLO
Appetizing recipe for chocolate crumble and earthworms in jello for your Halloween party.

INGRÉEDIENTS
The crumble - the soil
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) flour
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) butter
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) sugar
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) almond powder
- 90 mL (6 tablespoons) Cacao Barry cocoa powder
Earthworms - The jello
- 1 bag of raspberry jello
- 2 packets of plain gelatin (4 gelatin sheets)
- 750 mL (3 cups) boiling water
- 2 or 3 drops of green or blue coloring
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 35% cream
- 50 plastic straws
PREPARATION

Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, almond powder and cocoa powder.
On a cookie sheet, covered with a silicone mat, pour the homogeneous and sandy mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let the crumble cool.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix gelatin, jello powder, boiling water and coloring.
Allow to cool slightly then stir in the cream.
Place as many straws as possible in a plastic cup.
Pour the prepared mixture into the straws and let cool in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Empty each straw by pressing on one end or blowing through it.
In each bowl, place crumble and add a few worms.
