Two-stage portable knife sharpener

The WÜSTHOF two-stage manual knife sharpener is safe and easy to use.

Place the sharpener on a flat surface and hold the EZ Grip handle with one hand and the knife handle with the other. Insert the knife blade fully into the slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener, then pull back several times to sharpen.
After setting the knife edge with the carbide side, use the ceramic side of the device to finish the edge.

Care instructions

Continuous-pull manual sharpeners wear out with regular use. Steel dust may accumulate between the two sharpening rods. Use a small sieve brush to remove the residue.
