This XXL cheese knife features spikes at the end of the blade for easy cheese serving. It also features holes in the blade to prevent the material from sticking. This is particularly useful for runny cheeses such as Camembert!
French-made and above all artisanal, this knife was designed in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.

- The Berlingot XXL cheese knife features a stainless steel rivet and a heat-treated half-silk blade.
- The X46Cr13 stainless steel used in its manufacture is of the highest quality. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
- This kitchen accessory is dishwasher-safe, making it a real time-saver for everyday use.
- The handle measures 11 centimetres and the blade 10.5 centimetres. In all, our handcrafted knife is 21.5 centimetres long.
