The 15-slot knife block includes slots for:

• 2 : Chef's and Asian-style knives – 2-inch (5 cm) slot
• 3 : Large bread and work knives – 1.5 in (3.8 cm) slot
• 7 : Steak or paring knives – 1 in (2.5 cm) slot
• 1 : Large Chef's Knives – 2.25 in (5.7 cm) slot
• 1 : Kitchen Scissors – 1 3/8 in x 0.5 in (3.5 cm x 1.3 cm) slot
