Gianduja Noir filling is a smooth, creamy blend of Callebaut dark chocolate and pure hazelnut paste. The cream is blended, conched and tempered by our master concher to create a pleasantly balanced taste and a smooth, homogenous texture offering an exceptional mouthfeel.
Gianduja Noir filling comes in the form of a semi-solid cream that can easily be cut for delicious confectionery bites or coated in chocolate.
After softening, it can even be used to fill molded chocolate shells, candies or chocolate bars with a piping bag. Once melted, it provides the perfect base for flavoring ice creams and pastry fillings such as mousses, bavarois or cremeux. Gianduja filling also works wonders in flavoring desserts such as sabayons or moelleux.
