Zephyr Caramel 35% has all the characteristics of Zephyr 34% with irresistible notes of creamy white chocolate with the taste of milk caramel and a hint of salt, a true tribute to Breton salted butter caramel.
Applications: chocolate and candy moldings, coatings, ganaches for pastries and candy interiors, cookies, sauces, decorations, ice cream and sorbets, mousses.
