- This personalized sausage knife features a stainless steel rivet and a heat-treated half-silk blade.
- X46Cr13 stainless steel is a very high-grade steel. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR, and its micro-toothing is made by hand.
- The sausage knife has a methacrylate handle, to suit everyone. A version in olive wood is also available, to satisfy your desire for authenticity.
- The Laguiole knife can be washed in the dishwasher, saving you time and allowing you to use it every day.
