Description

Who said gluten-free cuisine is hard, flavorless and not fun? These septics will be tricked by the techniques and tools of our chef. Find out about working without gluten to create a variety of doughs in order to make a pizza, a quiche, a tart or some spring rolls. After this class, your live will be simpler and nicer. The class ends with the tasting of your creations and two glasses of wine.
