Description
Composition: Blend of great Arabica beans from Brazil and Central America (Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica) and superior Robusta beans from South Asia (India). Medium roast used.
Great vintages that complement each other while harmonizing were chosen to make the blend GOLD EXTRA BAR. The Arabica brings a floral aroma, a soft, rounder flavor, a velvety mouthfeel, a natural taste of red fruits and a long chocolate finish; the Robusta adds and completes the blend with its power, its natural taste of roasted almonds, its slight bitterness so characteristic of its type as well as its stimulating effect (1.76% caffeine). The medium roast used by Caffè del Faro is perfect because it releases the aromas of the great vintages of the blend while generating only a slight bitterness.
We recommend the GOLD EXTRA BAR blend for a coffee break during the day or after a good meal, if you want a full-bodied, creamy espresso, as if it had been prepared by a barista.
