Description

For those who starts in the world of vegetarian food or for the flexitarians among you, this class is a first step in a world without meat or fish. As tasteful as any, this class uses tempeh, grains, legume and nuts. Some healthy ingredients for a healthy body. Once the class is done, you will not see vegetarian cuisine as a blend and flat type of cuisine! This class is practice oriented and ends with a full meal and two glasses of wine.
