Description
This lidded pot has a 26 cm base and a 9 L capacity. Designed by Josef Strauss from the Tango collection, it is made of 18/10 stainless steel. It has volume graduations on the inside of the pan and has an extra thick cap bottom for induction. It is suitable for the following types of stoves: vitro, induction, gas and electric.
Care: Before using for the first time, wash your pot in soapy water and dry it immediately. For best results, wash by hand. Never let a pot heat up dry. Before you turn on the heat, make sure there is always some fat or liquid in the bottom of your pot. Always let your pots cool before cleaning them - never dip them in cold water while they are still hot.
