Use
- For each use, line your mold with butter or a special pastry release spray containing flour (do not use margarine or other food sprays).
- Pour the batter ¾ of the way into the mold, then tap it lightly on the work surface afin to release any air bubbles (for molds with intricate details, leave to rest for 10 minutes before placing in the oven, so that the batter has time to mould to the sides of the mold).
- Preheat your oven for best results.
- Once out of the oven, wait 10 minutes before unmolding your cake.
- Wash your cake tin in hot, soapy water. It is not dishwasher-safe (risk of damaging the coating).
- Do not use metal utensils or abrasive sponges to avoid damaging the non-stick surface; use the small brush for precise cleaning.
- Not compatible with direct heat sources (gas, induction, glass-ceramic, electric hobs) or microwave ovens.
- Freezer-compatible.
